Our purpose : To be acknowledged among set of competitors, concentrating on practical QUALITATIVE introduction of modern methods of management which will allow our clients to raise productivity and efficiency of the work.
Our principles of our work : qualitative performance of Orders of our clients, being based on Edward Deminga's main principles, namely:
1st principle . Our client costs in the attention centre. Its satisfaction and performance of its requirements and requirements of the international standards first of all.
2nd principle . The management of our company constantly studies requirements of clients and forms command UNITY and such environment in which requirements of clients can be executed QUICKLY and the HIGH degree of quality. For achievement of it at our enterprise the quality management system according to requirements of international standard ISO 9000 takes root.
3rd principle . All personnel of our company is involved for realisation of philosophy of quality.
4th principle . In the work we insist to consider each project (contract), as accurate sequence of the interconnected actions. This chain of actions create PROCESS of performance of requirements of the Customer.

6th principle . Introduction of principle PDCA (plan - do - check - correct) leads to constant perfection in work.
7th principle . Analysis of the information by means of various modern tools of quality gives us possibility to make correct decisions under each project.
8th principle . Parthnership relations with our clients are based on mutually advantageous aspects. Each of the parties has the right to reception of profit on interactions.
